- Event Management: Arrange event facilities, and associated support (caterer, bartender, florist, guard staff, etc.) Arrange for visiting faculty and honored guests, from visa arrangements to hotel to airport pickup. Create event programs, arrange poster graphic design, manage print production process, and arrange for distribution. Facilitate advertising and PR of events within Harvard and with local media.

- Project Managment: Consult with collaborating academic and arts organizations on diverse new projects with a film aspect; from a Human Rights Center campus-wide multimedia presentation, to a Graduate School of Design artistic installation rethinking media images of Boston architecture.
