Photo blending

This image was fun to create. The darkly comic noir play called for subtlety. The playwright wanted a hand reaching out of the lake. I took the original hand image on the right, tinted and flipped it, then painted its shadow onto the water to spill out onto the edge of the poster. I love the ambiguity of this piece -- is the canoe going to help the drowning person, or are they leaving them behind?
