This outfit was designed for the business casual environment. Studies have shown that there is a growing customer base of women in their late 20's to early 40's who find the "womens" department too frumpy. They want some of the look and feel the "juniors" lines, but of a slightly better quality and sized to fit them.

The princess-line top jacket is a rayon/poly blend that is easy to care for. The six-gored skirt is a different rayon/poly weave that moves well and is slit at the side to the knee. Powder-gray braid lends it a bit of fun military flair.
